Japanese sake (💧) Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki grown in Nagano Prefecture (in-house cultivated) Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume You drink at home at home. A drop or two, the usual label is more catchy💙 and cute🩷, but this one is more serious. I drank it to see what it tasted like and found it to be sweet and delicious 🫧I really like it. I drank too much on Thursday and Friday, but it's still good sake. ☺️ M-1 is very interesting. I think it's a blessing to be able to laugh so much even if it's the first time I've seen the show. Depending on the result, we may not be able to see Don de Corte's first-stage material again. (LOL).

Immediately after opening the bottle, it was dry and dry, perhaps due to the 17% alcohol content. Then, after leaving it in the refrigerator for about 5 days due to a business trip, the taste changed drastically! There is almost no aroma, but it has turned into a crisp, sweet and delicious sake. There are not many sakes that have changed in taste like this.

I drank it last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it again. Personally, it is my favorite new sake along with "Akagisan"✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is crisp and gorgeous, like pears. The mouthfeel is light and immediately afterwards there is a solid gassy feeling. It's as shwashy as a carbonated beverage! Dry and clean on the palate, with pear and green apple flavors that are gorgeous and fresh. There is a hint of sweetness, so it is not only dry, but also well balanced. The astringent taste comes in the last half of the bottle and finishes it all off, so it is a delicious wine with a perfect ending! The sun is setting later and later, and we can feel the approach of spring. It's still early, but I'm looking forward to this year's spring sakes!

This Sake is slightly dry with an earthy aroma. There are flavors of mushroom and wood. Sweetness and acidity are present towards the end. The flavor profile is different from other Niigata Sake I have tried. Guess I need to drink more Sake. 😁

Purchased at Yamasho in JR Ashiya station. I mentioned before that this liquor store is based in northern Kyoto and has a wide selection of sake from the Tango area, but they also have Kumi no Ura. It is rather sweet. Muscat and lychee-like flavor. It is fire-brewed but fresh. I'd like to try some of their fresh sake. I'm sure it would be delicious. According to the internet, it's unfiltered raw sake. It's true that it's on the lees for a fire-brewed sake. Sediment is noticeable.

At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. I found a suspicious looking liquor. Is it for export? I saw it in the lap of Asahara Sake Brewery and bought it. It is a carbonated sake with low alcohol content. It is carbonated after the fact, so it has a great shwashy feeling. It is good for a quick drink on a hot day, but if you want to feel the carbonation, I honestly think beer or a highball would be better. I don't think this is what people call "Japan".

I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

Nagurayama Shuzo's Aizu Shikon is brewed in Aizu Wakamatsu City. Junmai Ginjo of Aizu Shikon using white malted rice. It has a fresh aroma like muscat. The palate is filled with a refreshing acidity derived from the white malted rice. The sweetness is moderate and very refreshing. If we were greedy, we would like it to be a little more sake-like. Well, since the theme of Aizu Shikon is "challenge," it is thought that the sake-like flavor is kept to a minimum. Both Nagurayama and Aizu-Shikon are delicious, but Aizu-Shikon is not so common in Tokyo.
