bouken
Purchased at Yamasho in JR Ashiya station. I mentioned before that this liquor store is based in northern Kyoto and has a wide selection of sake from the Tango area, but they also have Kumi no Ura.
It is rather sweet. Muscat and lychee-like flavor. It is fire-brewed but fresh. I'd like to try some of their fresh sake. I'm sure it would be delicious.
According to the internet, it's unfiltered raw sake.
It's true that it's on the lees for a fire-brewed sake. Sediment is noticeable.

Good morning, bouken ☀️
I was wondering about this sake 😁.
I have a theory in my mind that the simple labels from Fukushima are good, especially Hirotogawa 🤣💕.

T.KISO, good evening😊.
Tenmei's regular products are simple too, and I think that theory fits👍.
