The aroma of sweet rice...fruity...sweet in the mouth and with a crisp finish! It's a little bitter, but I don't mind it... but it's great for sipping on a glass of wine during meals or just sipping it on its own... it's really good.

Purchased at Koga, a roadside station.
The texture was a little heavy and wet on the tongue. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the spicy flavor. The sharp taste in the mouth makes you think you are drinking sake.
It is a good sake. I really like this one.
I am always happy to have this sake for dinner.

Nomura Brewery in Joso City has experienced many difficulties, including partial destruction of the brewery in the Great East Japan Earthquake and extensive damage from the 2015 flooding of the Kinugawa River, and has been able to rebuild each time.
Junmai Ginjo ◉紬美人 Junmai Ginjo
The first taste is sweet and fruity, with a slightly complex finish.
The toji (master brewer) is Mr. Tsutomu Umezawa, a Nanbu toji (master brewer). Mr. Umezawa trained at Asakai before joining Nomura Brewery.
