Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. The sharpness isn't bad either, and it's perfect as a sake for a meal. I thought it was good for everyday drinking. That's about all I can say for a 1-gallon bottle...

Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. This is the first time I learned about this brewery at this event. It seems that Tochigi produces more shochu than sake. It was delicious, with a unique and robust sweetness, but I was attracted by the strawberry yeast 😅.

Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. The rice is Nasuhikari grown by the company, and the sake is freshly brewed. It seems to have a strawberry flavor. It is not so sweet, but dry and has a nice sharpness, so it is good as a food sake. If Amabuki's strawberry yeast is like thick strawberry, Tochikane is like dried strawberry. If it is fire-brewed once, I would like it to be a little fresher.

Hankyu Oasis in the basement of Hankyu Sannomiya Station has a full lineup of Japanese sake, including draft sake, 300ml and cup sake. Surprisingly, it is easy to drink. OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.
