We received 5 bottles of souvenir drink, 300 mm from Akita Prefecture. 🤭 The sake has a lot of Japanese sake flavor and the rice flavor is a bit more apparent. 🤗

Weak smell and aroma, you can feel the taste if alcohol. 3.5/5 ✖️ don't buy again: it's a welcome change from the softer Junmai Daiginjo we usually have, but it isn't my favourite.

I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

Shishimai Fuunroku Part 3 The next point of rest and ga-in is Tenjo Yumegen This label commemorates the 100th anniversary of Maruka Kensetsu, located in the same area as Nakayu Sake Brewery. The contents are probably the same as the regular Tokujun, but it is only at local festivals that this kind of sake is served as a sacred sake. However, I am not sure if this label is "Yamato" or "Taiwa". It has been a long time since I have tasted Tenjo Mugen, and while it has a dry base, it is slightly sweet, has a strong umami flavor, and has a nice acidity and bitterness. At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime. The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light. I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. The carbonated bubbles were large (I personally prefer a smaller one), Anyway, it was easy to drink and tasted so good that I drank it right up. I could taste it, but it was so easy to drink. Kijoshu Unusual sake. Pierre Hermé ✖️NEXT5 Manufacture Yamamoto The sake that is brewed is Shinsei's Blaxcat 2019. I'm not sure about this sake, but it tasted cleaner and better than I expected.
