Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. Weak smell and aroma, you can feel the taste if alcohol. 3.5/5 ✖️ don't buy again: it's a welcome change from the softer Junmai Daiginjo we usually have, but it isn't my favourite.

Purchased at the annual North Tohoku Antenna Shop's Akita Sake Tasting and Sale every three months. This time it was a special summer sake! I had a hard time deciding between Hiraizumi and Chitose-mori, but I chose Chitose-mori, which is limited to 300 bottles and has been available for a long time! At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime. The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light.
