At my usual restaurant
This week I was full time for five days after the holidays.
so I couldn't wait for the weekend to arrive.
The first sake was this one!
It was freshly cut so it was a bit bubbly.
It was freshly cut so it was a little fizzy. ☺️
The side dish was pork belly cartilage with ponzu sauce!
It has been a while since we drank outside.
I made the mistake of forgetting to ask my husband to show me the bottle of sake, as I was not used to drinking outside.
It has a mild aftertaste and a slightly sweet flavor.
It goes very well with fish dishes.
