I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

Like Minatoya Toisuke, this is another brand of Murasuke that I bought because I liked it after tasting it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. There are many liquor stores that sell Murasuke in Tokyo, but I had never seen this brand before. As its name suggests, it's low in alcohol content at 13%, so it's easy to drink 😚. When you drink it cold, it's light and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. It's delicious in its own right, but when it's chilled at a cooler temperature, it becomes sweeter and more impressive. I liked it best when it was chilled in the wine cellar at about 15 degrees Celsius 😄. It's interesting to see how it changes with the temperature, but in any case, it's a different direction from the sweet and sour fruity Murasuke. I think it's a fine sake that won't go with any snacks 😋
