At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime.
The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light. You can also feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice.
These are just a few of the sakes that I've had in the last few days, sakes that I would never have encountered otherwise, but that I was able to find by filling in the map of Japan with this sakenowa. None of them are the same, and I feel that they have a profound taste. Once again, I'm reminded of how amazing sake is.

I opened my first Ehime sake, Ishizuchi 😀.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm sure you'll agree that it's the best of both worlds. The rest of Shikoku is Tokushima prefecture.

It has the same impression as when I drank it before. The aroma of sweet and sour rice......just like the package of the "Purgatory" color, it has a strong presence. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. It's more of a food wine than a drink...I'm enjoying it with Christmas hors d'oeuvres...thanks Purgatory!
