You can enjoy the townscape with many places that still remain, such as the main lodge. Wisteria, azalea, and cherry blossoms were also in bloom. I bought this at a convenience store. A 1 gou PET bottle with a cap that turns into a cup. It's classic, tasty, refreshing, and slightly spicy. It goes down quickly and easily 😆. Next to it is a craft beer from Karuizawa! Fruity, refreshing and delicious 🍺.

All Gunma Maifu Drinking Set. This time it's Tonenishiki from Nagai Honke in Numata. I've been a customer here for a long time. The color is pale yellow. The original aroma of the rice stands out. It has a rich taste with a sense of maturity. It has the richness that is typical of pure rice, and has a relatively classic taste.

From the Tone Nishiki brewery, the second in the dancing series, "Dancer". Low-alcoholic sake with a high koji ratio. Chilled. Aromatic or rather sweet aroma with a somewhat mucky atmosphere that reaches deep into the head. It has a complex flavor with a mild, firm sweetness and a grain-like hardness. The acidity gives a clear flavor profile, and there is enough umami to give a satisfying but not lingering sharpness. This may be a flavor I have never tasted before.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.

Misato Nishiki was developed? ◉ Oku Shimizu Junmai Ginjo Misato Yukika Uses lavender yeast collected and cultivated from white lavender. It is light and easy to drink with a delicious acidity. The soft brewing water is from "Smile Shimizu" located on the premises, one of the Rokugo springs selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan.
