Sake from Noto, Hokuriku! Manufactured in July 2023. Not sure if the brewery is still producing it this year due to the earthquake and flooding in Noto. It is rich and easy to drink. When I was in Matsumoto the other day, a volunteer at Matsumoto Castle tourist information told me about Daisetsukei. He said it is the best local sake ๐Ÿถ and can be served every day from cold to hot โญ๏ธโ˜…โ˜…. I bought this alcohol last September. I forgot to drink it and it had been resting in the refrigerator for 8 months. It doesn't have the refreshing feeling of hiyaoroshi, but it is very easy to drink.
