It has a high aroma and light taste. It is a sake aimed at the general image of "Kyoto". However, it is a bit different from Kyoto's women's sake, a traditional deep and soft sake. The owner is probably young.
A bottle of the Chiba Sake Revitalization Project. Mmmm. Mild, light bitterness. I don't feel much of a "sake yeast yeast" character. For me, it is neither good nor bad.
Mild and mild, but when warmed up a little, it takes on a different atmosphere. But when I warmed it up a little, it took on a different atmosphere. It is delicious and assertive!
Slightly effervescent or rather beautifully effervescent. Easy to drink. Maybe it was because I was after sports, but I couldn't stop drinking. I will buy another bottle.
Hope. It has been a while since I had this sake, but I was surprised at how sharp it was. I had an image of a modern sake with sweetness and acidity. But I thought it was just as well. I don't dislike it.
Slightly effervescent. The next day, the bubbly feeling disappears, and I prefer it. It goes well not only with Japanese food, but also with spicy food and many other dishes.
The final touch was Kurumusaka. I wondered what it would be like with Junmai Ginjo Nama, but Yamahai was Yamahai and Kurumazaka was Kurumazaka. It has a powerfulness that comes with a gusto. It has a richness like an aged sake. I had it with a rice ball of salted fish. Whew!
