Diachiku Junmai Ukiyoe Alcohol percentage 15 Rice polishing ratio 59 This is the second izakaya in Kamisuwa. This is a Chino City sake. It is quite light and good. I would like to try some other sake. We drank a lot of sake in the Gokuraku set, but this is the second Izakaya? It's almost ready ^ ^.

I was looking for a property today, but there was a sake store nearby, so I bought some on the way home! I didn't buy it this time, but it was a good sake store that also had Kuroryu and Hakusan ✨. I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The one I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to after a baseball game and drank after I got home. It tastes like Aizan, but is closer to a classic. It is spicy with a little sweetness. It tastes hotter than when I tasted it. It is spicy even if the temperature is changed. I think it is hard to drink by itself. The fourth and final bottle I bought from Gonoi Sake Store's free shipping campaign is Karahashi, which is one of my favorite brands ❗ As I wrote in my previous review, it is brewed by Homare Shuzo, the family of freelance announcer Yumi Karahashi 😘. I've had the Yamada Nishiki black kara-hashi a few times before, but I've missed the Yume-no-Koh white kara-hashi a few times at my local liquor store, so I took this opportunity to pop it ☝️. The upfront aroma is a hint of strawberry🍓. It's sweet and delicious at first, but after swallowing, the bitter and sour aftertaste spreads slowly. It's dry compared to Haneya's Aizan, which I opened just before, but I like it because it's not overpowering, and it goes well with almost anything😄. It's a shame that the brand name is not registered on Sake no Wa... 😢.

TENJOJI Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Okuidumo, Tsuyahime from Shimane Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. This sake was bundled with the February hanpukai. Drinking Tenshuu makes me want to go to Izumo and eat soba noodles😃. The aroma of this one is very distinctive. It has a pleasant smoky aroma. I guess you could call it fragrance 😁.

Tenshitsu Haru no Tsuki Slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. I opened a bottle of Tenshitsu that was included in the February hanpukai. It has a very complex flavor. It is fresh but also has a bitter taste, gasiness, and a slight smokiness. It tastes like an adult. Interesting.

We ordered at Benkei no weibasho, an izakaya near Niigata Station. This restaurant is operated by a local conveyor-belt sushi chain, and we were informed that their seafood dishes are sure to be good, so we made a reservation and visited. I was curious about this sake at Ponshukan, where I had wandered around during lunch. Niigata is known for its dry sake, but this one is quite fruity. It is not too sweet, so it goes well with sashimi. I mean, too much throat groyne!

I bought it two years ago when I visited the brewery in the fall. Somehow I lost the chance to drink it and had it in the back of my refrigerator. This sake is made mainly from glutinous rice and is treated as a liqueur because it contains mulberry leaves and cinnamon. My personal first impression was that it reminded me of Yomeishu, the sake that my father used to drink when I was a child and I was allowed to lick a drop of it. The slight sweetness and medicinal aroma of mulberry and cinnabar is refreshing and easy to drink when mixed with lemon soda water
