Not Kame-no-Oh, but Kusumi's Kame-no-Oh Sake after a long time!
As is typical of Niigata sake, it is light and refreshing.
But you can taste the sweetness of Kame-no-o.
The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink.
Fruity taste from the moment you put it in your mouth.
Also by "Kusumi Shuzo" 🍶.
The aroma is moderate 😌.
Fruity, with a delicious rice flavor 😉.
Soft, fine and refreshing ✨.
The crisp acidity finishes off the finish 🎵.
Low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink 😋.
This is the King of Kame-no-o, Kame-no-o, and Kame-no-Oh from Kusumi Shuzo. It is tasty, yet refreshing.
This sake brewery was one of the Kusumi Shuzo, famous for its Natsuko sake. No wonder it was so tasty.
Purchased after returning home.
I think it had a slightly yeasty flavor, but combined with the atmosphere of the place, it was intoxicating.
Natsuko's sake and related breweries
Seisen, Kame no O Manufacturer Established in 1871
Kusumi Sake Brewery Co.
At a pub near Niigata station 🐟️
It was just the day of the fireworks festival and there were many people in yukata at the station 🎆.
Baton next door seems to be a joint production of 3 breweries!
It was clean and easy to drink!
Kame-no-Oh!
Kame no Ou is a well-known brewery for Natsuko's sake!
It was sweet for a moment when I drank it,
But it was so instantaneous, and just as I was about to say "Ahhh...", the light dryness came in to cut through the sweetness and made it seem like it was never sweet at all!
Niigata is so cool!
I usually drink sweet sake, so this is interesting 😄.
#Alcohol content 15% #Polishing ratio 55% #Shiboritate #Sake brewed with Kame-no-o, a fantastic sake rice, as the hanging rice and Yamada-nishiki as the koji rice. This is new sake, fresh! But it is thick and slightly rich. Slightly sweet like a ginjo-shu.
I received this sake for Valentine's Day. It has a rich taste like amazake. It has a nostalgic old-fashioned taste in these days of light sake. Delicious!
It is like sweetness, sourness, and umami come at the same time.
If I had to say, the aroma is sweetness first, and the taste is sourness first.
The umami comes slowly.
