Light and smooth. Wife may like it. But it has no sharpness.
It's completely outclassed by the asari tsukudani.
It's almost outnumbered by the crab.
I bought it at the supermarket when I was out of sake, so it might not be bad as a table sake. It doesn't interfere with the meal.
