I went to the Aeon Mall and found it in the liquor section and bought it. I always buy when I see a bargain, but today it was from the shelf. I had trouble with Nada no Nama Ippon and Fukushima sake, and I was curious about the serial number on it. I don't think the aroma is strong (my nose is blocked), but it's sweet but doesn't leave an aftertaste. It's spicy if you let it sit for a while, this. It's a tasty sake ♪ This is my first Horai ☺️.

Amber-colored Daiginjo ✨with a rich rice flavor😊It's a traditional sake 😚👍It has a robust flavor, but the aftertaste disappears quickly😇. I felt like it was a sake to be enjoyed by itself and sipped slowly 🥳.

GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. I see that it is read as "Sekepikozan". If I had not drank this sake, I might not have been able to read it correctly for the rest of my life. The taste is fresh and quite rich. The bitter bitterness comes out in the back of the mouth, and the taste is sharp and clean. The sweetness is modest for Aizan, and although it is not the modern type of sake, the umami flavor is very well conveyed. Not bad!

I've been wanting to try this one for a while...they use 1801 yeast. It's gorgeous and fruity. It's also quite sweet. I think it's the most gorgeous of all the Yukihikosan brands. At home. Purchased at a souvenir shop during a recent visit to Mitsui Outlets in Ryuoh, Shiga Prefecture. It was introduced several times in "Sake-no-wa". I was so happy when I found it and bought it immediately. The aroma was gorgeous, and in the mouth it had a soft sweetness followed by a firm dryness that was crisp and refreshing.
