I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it.
I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before.
It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor.
It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.
