This month, I'm going to focus on Nara's local sake since I've been drinking from other prefectures for a while now 😬. The first one is Junmai Ginjo from Mitsumorosugi. This is the first time I've tried the kanji version of Mimuro, but it's calmer than the hiragana version, not too sweet and not too spicy. It lacks impact, but it's well balanced and easy to drink, making it an excellent food sake 😚 I enjoyed it with a side of sardine oil sardine🙏.

I bought this alcohol as a tie-in to the No.6 x type direct pass 🍶. It wasn't exactly the sake I wanted, so the bar was low, but I was surprised when I tried it: ‼️ It is one of the best tasting sakes I have ever had👍. Fruity aroma typical of daiginjo 🍌. It has a good umami taste, a nice acidity, and no bitterness 😀. I'm glad I found a good sake that I like (^...^)

Ayaka-gun, Kagawa Prefecture. Yushin Brewery Co. Yushin Namaishu Junmai Ginjo No. 9 Yeast We are back to drinking at home. Purchased on a trip during Obon. I jumped on a label I'd never seen before and neglected to check the date, and found out that it was February 💦. I drank it cold. Not much Uitatekoso, but there is a slight graininess, with a hint of alkaloa. No mature-like aroma. The mouthfeel flows smoothly on the tongue, and the taste is full and full of rice flavor with a sense of maturity. The aroma that passes through the nose is a little matured, so it has matured a bit. But it just has an autumn-aged look to it 🤣. As the label on the back of the bottle says it is slightly dry, there is a bit of spiciness at the end, but I don't mind it too much because the umami is very strong. The high alcohol content makes it easy to drink, but it comes back with a thud later. I would like to try a freshly brewed sake once. Niigata Prefecture. Nagaoka City. Kashiwa Rou Sake Brewery Co. Kashiwaroh Fireworks 3㌥ in a stylish slim bottle purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA. Second fermentation in the bottle with a low alcohol content of 8%. Serve cold. When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound and saw fine bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle, so I immediately poured it into a glass. After pouring it into the glass, the bubbles continued to rise, and there was a pool of bubbles on the rim of the water. The top aroma was a slight koji aroma and a slightly sweet aroma. The color is a light cloudy with a slight yellowish tinge. The mouthfeel is fizzy, like a lively chamomile. After swallowing, a citrus aroma escapes into the nose, leaving behind a lactic acidity, sourness, and sweetness on the tongue. The aftertaste is followed by sweetness. It is easy to drink like a juice, and although it feels sweet, it is surprisingly well-balanced as it is a junmai sake and is still delicious 😋. I wish some of the big low alcohols had a fizzy feel... Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty.
