Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

I wanted to get Ryujinmaru, but they said it was not available now. They will sell it to anyone who comes to the store. I had it with cold sake. The color is clear and slightly yellow. The top aroma is of almonds, caramel, chocolate, and a little alcohol. The label on the back of the bottle says that it was fermented slowly and for a long time at a low temperature, so I guess it has an aged aroma. The taste is thick and voluminous with a grain-like flavor. There is also a good amount of acidity. There is an almond aroma that goes into the nose, an alcoholic aroma, and a guttural sake-like sensation in the throat. The alcohol content of 19 degrees comes later. [I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.
