My favorite Chiba sake "Iwanoi" is brewed with ultra-hard water (hardness 240). It has the delicious flavor of Omachi and the moderate bitterness and sharpness of hard water! The taste is deep and the acidity is dignified! It can be drunk as it is, or as a food sake...no...food sake🍶 is better 🙆I'm sipping it with boiled gammo and sashimi...🙆I'm sipping it with a side dish.
