🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

I had not had the pleasure of visiting Sado last year, but I found this at a liquor store in town when I wandered by. I was hooked by the power word "centrifugal separation" and decided to take it home immediately. This is a good sake. It is very soft and elegant on the palate. The rice is made from Gohyakumangoku with a 55% milling ratio, but it is beautiful, with the sweetness and flavor of the rice riding on the transparency of the 35% milling ratio. The aroma is banana-like. The taste is full of sweetness, but the gradual entry of acidity is clear and the balance of sweet and sour is pleasant.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.
