Houraisen is a clean ginjo-shu in general, and it is surprising that the aroma does not collapse even if it is left at room temperature. It is almost impossible for the sweetness to become rich or for it to have a Maillard-type burnt smell. It is a tough sake with a sweet, cappuccino-like quality. The soft, sweet flavor is refreshed by the gaseous and bitter profile, making this a delicious sake.

The last time I was in Nagoya, they had it with Jyushiyo 🐩I'm curious if that's true! Surprisingly spicy...! There's a slight sweetness, but it's clear..! I like Taxi Driver's! I'm talking that it's not that spicy, but it's there more than I expected! It's not too fruity, but the sweetness counteracts it, but I think it's spicy at the end!

While somewhat discreetly sweet, the Aftertaste is dry. Good sharpness 😋. I'm under the impression that this would be even better with a little bubbly ✨. However, as the temperature rises, the sharpness becomes duller and the sweetness becomes more pronounced. The sweetness becomes more pronounced. I think it's better when it's cold 😋.

I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake. A little too light for me? A little too light for me. After a few days, the dryness settles down.

I went to Yonezawa City during Golden Week and purchased this sake at Toko's Sake Brewery. Nyu is a sake that is only available in Yamagata. With a coupon I got at a roadside station in Yonezawa, I got a sake bottle with Toko's name on it. It is a dry sake with a Sake meter rating of +6. It was easy to drink with a clean taste. 1760 yen.

🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Rice used is Dewa Sanzan As indicated by the alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is a gut-punching wine. ‼️ And it has the same throat and mouthfeel as you would expect from Muroka Nama-no-Hara Sake. The far shore of the year. Visited the grave and had a drink at my parents' house 🍶. The second bottle is a sake from Saku that my brother got as a gift. I don't know this brand at all! The label also looks dull...^^; What is TSURUYA on the label? It is brewed in Nagano and made with 100% Nagano rice. And it's made with Yamae Nishiki, which was developed in Nagano. It's nice to stick to local. It is not very floral, but rather a little dry and refreshing. It was a good match with the snacks.
