It is an interesting sake that is light and dry, but also has a sweetness of rice in the mouth. This is one of a set of six bottles given to me by a relative in Nagaoka. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much 😊.

Here is the 10th cup of Nagaoka Sake no Jinjyo.
Following the Junmai, this one is also aged. The weight is less heavy than the Junmai. The acidity is also moderate. Like the Junmai, I think this one is best for warming up.

Darker flavor. A sense of maturity. Heavy. Definitely better heated 🤔 My wife says it's grape-like 🍇. Tuna pico softens the weight. Dried baby scallops very good too.
