The rice used is Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. This is a good food sake that can be drunk easily. It has just a hint of sweetness, with a crisp, bitter and spicy finish. There is nothing to hold you back, so you can't help but drink it. This is one of the several bottles I purchased from Doroki Sake Store, including the Koei Kiku, under the guidance of MAJ. I would like to thank you again for the good sake ^_^.

The third cup is "Ooga" jungin non-filtered raw! (First picture, left side) The mouthfeel is mild and gentle, a far cry from the dryness of the previous section. The strength of the original sake, the sweet and delicious flavor of the rice, and a hint of cream-like aroma are very appealing!

The aroma is gentle, with just a hint of umami and acidity on the palate. It is dry and crisp with no lingering aftertaste. It's a good sake to drink while eating! It's also good to drink as a finish after drinking something else😊.

I received this from my boss at work! The Ohga Brewery was founded in 1673. I drank a bottle of Ooga, which bears the name of the brewery. It is dry with a clean aftertaste! Easy to drink!

Dawn of the Young: Late 2024 ❓ Dry, clean, delicious ❓ Fruity, slightly sweet, delicious All have a short aftertaste ❓ Either one is Junmai Ginjo. Notes on Yamada-Nishiki I don't have a picture of the other one, so I'm not sure which one I thought it was: 🙇‍♀️

It's refreshing and has a nice sharpness. Not my favorite, but good with butter, meat, and other strong flavored drinks. Excellent as a food sake.

Recently established izakaya near the front of Kyushu University Hospital I visited Ohga Shuzo at the brewery opening, but this is my first time to taste the unfiltered raw sake! Cute label with a wintery feel Drink cold Colorless and transparent The aroma is almost imperceptible. Rich and wild flavor in the mouth. The aftertaste is medium and the finish is clean and refreshing. Delicious unfiltered unpasteurized sake-like flavor. Surprisingly, it is good as a food sake as it is easy to match with sesame kanpachi and tempura.
