The rice used is Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. This is a good food sake that can be drunk easily. It has just a hint of sweetness, with a crisp, bitter and spicy finish. There is nothing to hold you back, so you can't help but drink it. This is one of the several bottles I purchased from Doroki Sake Store, including the Koei Kiku, under the guidance of MAJ. I would like to thank you again for the good sake ^_^.

The third cup is "Ooga" jungin non-filtered raw! (First picture, left side) The mouthfeel is mild and gentle, a far cry from the dryness of the previous section. The strength of the original sake, the sweet and delicious flavor of the rice, and a hint of cream-like aroma are very appealing!

The aroma is gentle, with just a hint of umami and acidity on the palate. It is dry and crisp with no lingering aftertaste. It's a good sake to drink while eating! It's also good to drink as a finish after drinking something else😊.

Then the first time I saw Ohga. I don't know much about it, but is it a common warehouse in Fukuoka? The label is cute, like a cat label for Tadashi. The taste was quite sweet and tasty, and I liked it a lot, but my impression was that it was a bit cloying.

I received this from my boss at work! The Ohga Brewery was founded in 1673. I drank a bottle of Ooga, which bears the name of the brewery. It is dry with a clean aftertaste! Easy to drink!

Dawn of the Young: Late 2024 ❓ Dry, clean, delicious ❓ Fruity, slightly sweet, delicious All have a short aftertaste ❓ Either one is Junmai Ginjo. Notes on Yamada-Nishiki I don't have a picture of the other one, so I'm not sure which one I thought it was: 🙇‍♀️

It's refreshing and has a nice sharpness. Not my favorite, but good with butter, meat, and other strong flavored drinks. Excellent as a food sake.
