I found this handy cup of sake 👍.
When I opened the bottle, it had a clean sweet aroma of sugar cane.
The mouthfeel is smooth with a round sweetness that sinks in. The mild umami has a banana-like flavor.
The pungent spiciness comes from the clear taste.
It has an astringent aftertaste that comes around the time of swallowing and an easy-drinking quality that disappears without a hitch, giving it a clean, calm taste without heaviness or clinginess!
It is a beautiful and calm taste with no heaviness or clinginess!
Don't underestimate it as a cup of sake...!
This pleasant cup of Aizu Sake was so easy to drink that it made me feel again the power of Aizu Sake 😋.
