The rice used is Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture.
This is a good food sake that can be drunk easily.
It has just a hint of sweetness, with a crisp, bitter and spicy finish.
There is nothing to hold you back, so you can't help but drink it.
This is one of the several bottles I purchased from Doroki Sake Store, including the Koei Kiku, under the guidance of MAJ.
