This is the first time I have had Concept Workers Selection, Aged Sake. When I poured it into a glass, it was slightly colored, and the aroma had a strong liquor feel to it. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a tingling sensation all over your tongue, and the alcohol that passes through your nose is very strong. I don't know if it's because I've heard it's an aged sake, but for some reason it feels like whiskey in the throat.
This is the impression I got right after opening the bottle. I'd like to savor it slowly and carefully.
On the second day, the fruity aroma and the mouthfeel became mellow.
