I bought it for a souvenir, but a customer traveling from Hokkaido🐴 gave me some chocolates and I didn't have any on hand, so I had to rush to the store and drink it with everyone, including my sister🥂. I heard it was only medium-hot, but it's still hot ❗️. I want to warm up some 👩 for my sister! I just had a reflective stove. Hakurei was sold in the bargain section at the supermarket. I bought it by accident. It tasted clean and dry. It was a good purchase.

At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

I had been curious about this sake since I saw it at Haretoke, but never drank it. I didn't have high expectations for it, but there was nothing else that intrigued me, so I decided to try it. The label said the brewery was Hakurei. Oh, I like Hakurei. It's cheap, tasty, and has a bit of character. I had high expectations for this one. Sake from the breweries of Chojamori and Koshino-Kanchubai. I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but I bought it because it was on special price and there was a draft. According to the Internet, the rice is Koshitanrei. I've seen the hi-ire version but only at Ito-Yokado 🤔. I heard it was developed in collaboration with Takaoka National College of Technology, and the 888th sake out of 1200 test brews was so good that they decided to commercialize it. Sourness like wine. It has sweetness but it's not like sake. As the description says, I would like to match it with meat and cheese.

I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it. The best thing about this product is that it has the gas and acidity that I like, even if it has been heated.
