I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. I vaguely thought it might be 17 degrees since it was labeled as a pure sake, but..., But I was wrong, Well, it is no wonder I felt that way. It tasted sharp.

Hakone Drink Comparison Set (3) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. Is Hakone Ginjo the name of the brand? However, I am not sure because the name does not come up at all when I looked it up on Google... I haven't had a fire-brewed ginjo-shu in a long time. The ginjo aroma is pleasant. It has an elegant aroma and sharpness, and is the smoothest dry sake of them all. It is very good as a food sake for Japanese food, and goes well with white fish and vegetables. It is also good with sashimi!

This is the second bottle of Hoshisen I bought in Nara! Slightly effervescent, rich sweetness like lychee. It has a slightly dry atmosphere and is sweeter than the No. 5 yeast. It also has a burnt candy-like taste. I wish there were more stores where I could buy it.

Yesterday I went to a brewery in Agui-cho, Aichi Prefecture and purchased this sake. This sake is the new sake of the month. The sake rice is Aichi rice (Wakamizu Aichi no Kaori). The sake was easy to drink with a gentle sweetness and a light, refreshing taste. It tasted better than expected. 1,595 yen.

Today, I'm going to have a pure blue. I mean, I went to Tomikunishiki yesterday to buy the Galaxy label. Unfortunately, it was sold out for mail order😭. Basically, I'm the kind of person who thinks that shipping costs are less than the cost of gasoline, so I thought I'd go and drive an hour or so to get there, but I didn't realize how popular the Galaxy Label was. I had no choice but to buy this Ikarashi Tokubetsu Junmai. It's sweet but delicious ☺️. I think I'll mail order it properly next year. I should have bought either Kamesen's SEL or Gohashi, which I saw at the liquor store on my way home.

I went to buy sake for my annual plum wine yesterday and found this. It's a sake made by reviving the oldest sake rice called Shiratama (test brewed sake). It tastes like Tomikunishiki, full and mellow... very delicious☺️. I love it after all. It's so delicious 😆.

This was one of the bottles I bought at the recent New Sake Festival. I was going to miss it this year, but it was on sale so I bought it. It was cold and had a little bit of cemedine smell in the mouth...and then a spicy taste. It doesn't leave much of a aftertaste either. Delicious.

Sake from the breweries of Chojamori and Koshino-Kanchubai. I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but I bought it because it was on special price and there was a draft. According to the Internet, the rice is Koshitanrei. I've seen the hi-ire version but only at Ito-Yokado 🤔. I heard it was developed in collaboration with Takaoka National College of Technology, and the 888th sake out of 1200 test brews was so good that they decided to commercialize it. Sourness like wine. It has sweetness but it's not like sake. As the description says, I would like to match it with meat and cheese.

At the end of last year, my wife picked out a bottle for me to drink once in a while. I wanted to have something to drink sometimes ✨. A liqueur made with Shizooka mandarins 🍊 You can't feel the alcohol at all! It's just the pulp of the mandarin oranges and the sweetness of the honey. If you don't call it alcohol, you'll think it's a normal juice. If you don't call it alcohol, you'll think it's a normal juice and drink it😊.
