Something I got from a work colleague. Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, it was completely 'old', probably due to extremely poor storage conditions (at the dealership). It had a strong sense of rice, and I could feel a glimpse of the rich dry taste, but the aftertaste was so uncomfortable that I gave up after one glass. We decided to serve it as a cooking sake from now on.

#Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅

In the mouth, it has a rich, dark, sweet flavor that is typical of nama sake, and then it finishes with a slight astringent taste. The richness and astringency of Yamadanishiki was delicious✨.

First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. The fact that you can normally drink Jyushiyo at home is based on the mutual trust between the seller and the buyer. Kita no Hana, the label is very attractive. I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle. The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity. The acidity and bitterness are both moderate, and it has a mysterious sharpness that just flutters and closes. It is really a round, gentle and mysterious sake, and this must be one of its balances. At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. It is like a local sake, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit of a problem, but...it soaks into your guts...it goes well with strong flavored snacks...smoked hoya and stewed tuna...I enjoy it with a little bit of it....

Corner shop at the mysterious cheese shop (2) Since the corner drinking at this restaurant is self-serve, we discovered an unopened bottle of Moridori when searching the refrigerator! I entrusted it to Mr. Nemuchi, a professional corker 😁. I drank a lot of dry sake at an off-line meeting the other day and I'm in the mode that I can drink some dry sake, right? I'm in a mode that some things are dry, so I drank it. It's definitely dry, but it's delicious with a nice sweetness and gasiness 😁.

Purchased at a liquor store specializing in Hyogo sake with mofu. There were many people drinking sake in the store and the atmosphere was bizarre. When I asked the store staff if it was an event, he told me that they were people who had come from Ozeki's brewery open at a nearby store. The smell of squid filled the air, and the waiter said he was sorry for the smell 🤣. This sake is brewed with salvia yeast collected by students at an agricultural high school. It is slightly effervescent and has a unique flavor. Sweet but cosmetic like no other aroma. A little nutty in the second half. I thought it was a little peculiar. After 3 days, a little bit of rum raisin taste. Definitely tastier than freshly opened 😋.

It is too strong by itself, but it becomes delicious when combined with snacks. It is a genuine Ibaraki sake made from Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki Prefecture. It has an unadorned flavor, as is typical of Supin's sake. It is dry, with a short, refreshing aftertaste! The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is proof that it is well fermented. The aroma is not assertive, and as a food sake it is first class!
