Purchased at the new "Haneda Airport Garden" at Haneda Airport, an antenna store for the Yamakoshi area in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. The rice used is "Gohyakumangoku" produced in Niigata Prefecture. In short, it is a rich and full-flavored Junmai-shu. It has a classical taste and looks good when heated! The dusty label is impressive.

Again, no rice used or major specs. It is a very low alcohol sake at 5%. Oh❗️It's really red! is my first impression. I remember drinking red sake before, but once again I thought rice is amazing. It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything. It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor. It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel. If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. I️ want to spend more time drinking this one.

Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. It seems it was the first sake from this year to be released as a Meimon Sake Kai sake. Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, Sake meter value +3, No. 9 yeast Citrusy aroma. The impression is that it is quite sweet and has a rich umami flavor, making it very drinkable. It is not a modern type of sake, but it is quite drinkable. A little acidic? It's hard to drink by itself... It's hard to drink if you don't drink it while eating. I was looking up information on this sake and happened to find out that a liquor store in my neighborhood has started a social networking site 😳.

#Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅

At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

I found a suspicious looking liquor. Is it for export? I saw it in the lap of Asahara Sake Brewery and bought it. It is a carbonated sake with low alcohol content. It is carbonated after the fact, so it has a great shwashy feeling. It is good for a quick drink on a hot day, but if you want to feel the carbonation, I honestly think beer or a highball would be better. I don't think this is what people call "Japan".
