This one is a bit different from the matured Omachi sake I had last year, and I have the impression that it swings in a very sweet and juicy direction.
The aroma is tropical 🥭 and the flavor is perfect, with a long, sharp finish and a hint of bitterness.
The umami flavor is firm, so it is easy to match with Japanese fried food 👍.
Chokyu seems to have a different direction for each label, but each one has its own characteristics and they are all delicious and addictive 😍.
