Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. The sharpness isn't bad either, and it's perfect as a sake for a meal. I thought it was good for everyday drinking. That's about all I can say for a 1-gallon bottle...

Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. It has a soft but firm alcoholic aroma. It is light and dry, but has a mild sweetness. It has a smooth, high quality feel that is not typical of Kamisen. I drank it cold, but it would be good warmed next time.

Hanyo Otokoyama matched with Koei Kiku. I've been drinking this brand for four years now, back to Ami, four years ago! This is only the second time I've had it. Sake Mirai reminds me of Jyushiyo It was a light and delicious sake 🍶. a great deal of information about the brewery Rice used: Sake Mirai Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15-16%. Sake degree +1.5 Acidity 1.5

Hanyou Otokoyama Junmai Karai-shu It has a good flavor, but it tastes clean and delicious. Not so dry as to be called "Karai-shu".

Warm up a little at home... I just showed up at the store 😊. There are 40 nanuka nanoka... I've never had this before... so I ordered it 😁. It's milled 40, so it's fruity, but for some reason it also feels chemical: ☝️ It's good...I guess...but it was hard to describe the taste...hmmm 😊. Maybe there is something wrong with my tongue 😂.

Also at a drinking center near Yamagata Station. It is quite aromatic. The aroma is rich. It was a Junmai Daiginjo with quite a messy or complex flavor. It has a strong rice flavor and a short aftertaste. It could be served warm or hot.

Akakaruboshi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Junmai Daiginjo-shu 100% Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 45%, ALC 15%. This is the third kind of sake I purchased on my trip to Yamagata 🤗. Today I had an event for my grandson and some members of the group to drink, so I opened two four-packs of Yamagata Prefecture's local sake 😋😅. It is a slightly dry sake with a subtle ginjo aroma, sweetness in the mouth for a moment, followed by a sour taste. It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu with a clean aftertaste that you will never get tired of drinking. Yamagata City Beni no Kura: 20241029 purchased & 1102 opened
