Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness. It is not too strong in character, so it can be drunk as a mid-meal sake and will not interfere with a meal. It is a good match with light snacks such as yakko, since it was completely defeated when drunk with Akita's Iburi Gakko.

It's Adohadari in Kamekichi 🐢. Please ask chika what "Ado Hadari" means 😊 lol The top aroma is slightly fruity. This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai. The packaging was very careful and excellent. The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries.
