☀️ Saijo Sake Festival. Sake Hiroba. The difference from previous events is that the whole town of Saijo is drinking from noon 😅. There is no way that the already drunk people would come on time for the 17:00 start time 🙄. The Sake Hiroba venue got more and more crowded as time went by🤣. Sake 🍶. This sake 🍶 is a first for me 👀. It has a slight yellow tinge and a slight alcohol taste. Light sweetness, peanut🥜 type sweetness. This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. A bottle of spicy and tasty I was originally going to buy the Oomote no Shinshin, but the liquor store owner recommended the Uraku no Shinshin. The aroma is subdued, but it certainly has a peculiar taste, almost like an old sake. Personally, I liked it so much that I would like to try the front side.

At home. The second item of the sake tasting party. Wakayama Rashomon. I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma like Raifuku, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice strongly in your mouth, and it has a clear and light taste, so you can go as much as you want.

Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.

It was a souvenir for myself when I stopped by Ise Jingu Shrine. I thought I hadn't had nigori sake recently, so I chose something that looked easy to drink. I had it after cooling it down thoroughly. It is sweet and easy to drink, almost as if you are already drinking amazake. It might be a good idea to drink it as a dessert-like ending to a meal.

My wife posted this first😅. When we went on a trip to Ise, I tasted it at the brewery and it was so good that I immediately pre-ordered it 😊. It arrived refrigerated and I opened it right away. The aroma was good and my expectations were high! It is refreshing on the palate, with a fruity aroma escaping through the nose. I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍
