It has a wonderful flavor and is the best sake I have had in the last two months. It has a slight pear flavor on the palate, which quickly becomes more complex, but leaves you with only one thought in your head: "I want another drink". This is also a great sake to drink straight, and compared to Hozasu's sake of the same subsection, I prefer this one more!

It is not an expensive liquor, but it has a somewhat unique flavor, is very easy to drink when chilled, and goes very well with seafood.

Why this one! After a hint of sweetness at the entrance, a strong koji aroma and a slightly tangy alcohol taste spread. I tried various ways of eating it, but gave up because it did not suit my palate.
