We got Hizenya from Mitsutake Sake Brewery 😀.
I've never seen a sake brewery before. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. It's a good sake that is easy to drink. It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink😙Thanks sis😁.

This is a raw version of the one we drank before. It is sweet and sour, juicier than the fire-aged version, and has a slightly fizzy taste. A little bitterness at the end. I prefer it to the hi-ire version.
