I see that it is read as "Sekepikozan".
If I had not drank this sake, I might not have been able to read it correctly for the rest of my life.
The taste is fresh and quite rich.
The bitter bitterness comes out in the back of the mouth, and the taste is sharp and clean.
The sweetness is modest for Aizan, and although it is not the modern type of sake, the umami flavor is very well conveyed.

I've been wanting to try this one for a while...they use 1801 yeast.
It's gorgeous and fruity. It's also quite sweet. I think it's the most gorgeous of all the Yukihikosan brands.
This was over 2,000 yen at Asano Sake Shop, but at a local liquor store it was 1,980 yen🙄.
I wonder what it is? I heard some breweries and stores add on shipping costs 🤔.

I was asked "What is the best sake you drank this year? I answered "Aozora", but later I remembered that it was the future of sake from Akabu newborn 🤣.
By this time I couldn't even remember what it tasted like, so I checked again the next day. The rice used is 100% Benkei. It is a kijoshu, although there is no description. As it says, it has a thick sweet taste. Sweet and sour. I can only drink a little at a time because kijo-zake is so thick.
A neighborhood liquor store owner told me that they make sake in a 200-year-old building. He said that the equipment is also old.
