The name "Tomikyushin" was derived from "Tomizo" of Tomizo I, "Hisa" of Wakuri, the mother of Shigenao IV, and most importantly, "Kokoro" or "heart". It has a gorgeous heady aroma as soon as it is opened, cemedine aroma from the glass, and a full-bodied, umami sweetness. The aftertaste is a bit hard, with a hint of sakekasu (sake lees). Legs are few and weak, but long. It is a sake that makes you drink.

I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... I think it has a lot of rice flavor 🤔.

Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. The second half is delicious with a solid volume from the alcohol 😋.

Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. Today is my day off, so I took a walk around Sunpu Castle, Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine, and Nihon Taira! I've always wanted to visit Kunouzan and Nihondaira, but the view of the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Fuji from Nihondaira is fantastic👍. On the way home, I took a sip. When I opened the bottle, it had a melon-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the melon-like sweet and astringent taste comes through in a jiffy, giving it a gorgeous flavor. However, the assertion itself gradually settles down and changes to a spiciness, so it is not too heavy for a nama-zake and is easy to drink! Tomorrow is the second half of Shizuoka life. The pear 🍐-like aroma, slight fizziness, sweet and fruity attack, and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, the Machida Brewery's characteristics are still intact.
