It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip.
We started the day with a beer toast!
After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time!
I think it was the highest temperature!
Not much aroma.
Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat!
It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal.
