The name is Motooi no Matsu. It doesn't say it, but the rice is Miyamanishiki. The sake shop's website says the sake content is -11, but I didn't feel it was that sweet. It's clean and clean, with a slight honey-like sweetness. It has an excellent balance of umami and acidity. It's a bit light for a raw sake. It says "light" on the back label. The label on the back says it is light. Is it a strong sake that can withstand aging?

This is a fine selection of Honro-no-Matsu. The first aroma is slightly sweet. It has a light sweetness with a hint of umami in the mouth. We enjoyed it with nozawana tempura. ✨️ The third and fourth pictures are of the Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, located about 5 minutes by cab from Kawanakajima Station on the JR Shinonoi Line. It is really next to the Nishi Iida Brewery that I posted a while ago. There was no one at the Higashi-Iida Brewery office, so I asked at the Nishi-Iida Brewery, but they said they are not related to Higashi-Iida Brewery in any way, neither as relatives nor as goodwill partners.

Sweet but with a calm taste. I left the order in which to serve the three varieties to the restaurant, and I hit the jackpot. The label says that the brewer is a fan of anime and manga. He brewed it while listening to anime songs.

Sashi-Drinking with an old friend at an izakaya after a long time. We chose our first sake. I remember it went down smoothly...

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I'm sure you'll love it. *I love it!

The corn we bought the day before at Midori-no-ochi in Sanada, Ueda city, is delicious boiled and also good as tempura 😋! I'll have it with hanpukai sake 🎵 #PremiumAjirai #Kikumori #Shinshu secret sake hanpukai gold course 2025

Hanpukai Sake The label says Kiku-zakari, the sakenowa says Tokikumori. I believe the label. Last year it had a classic impression, but this year it feels modern fruity. Maybe it was my physical condition, but it was different from my image. I enjoyed it very much. I drank it while playing mahjong and got very drunk. Double soup with pork and beef bones? Is it basically pork? It was thick and tasty. It went well with thin noodles.

Like Minatoya Toisuke, this is another brand of Murasuke that I bought because I liked it after tasting it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. There are many liquor stores that sell Murasuke in Tokyo, but I had never seen this brand before. As its name suggests, it's low in alcohol content at 13%, so it's easy to drink 😚. When you drink it cold, it's light and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. It's delicious in its own right, but when it's chilled at a cooler temperature, it becomes sweeter and more impressive. I liked it best when it was chilled in the wine cellar at about 15 degrees Celsius 😄. It's interesting to see how it changes with the temperature, but in any case, it's a different direction from the sweet and sour fruity Murasuke. I think it's a fine sake that won't go with any snacks 😋

It is a local sake, but this was my first time drinking it. This year I realized that if you visit various liquor stores frequently, you can encounter sake that you have never seen before. The sake has a subtle ginjo aroma. It was very easy to drink with a sweet flavor.

I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.

Congratulations to Okinawa Shogaku for winning the championship. I am looking forward to next year's draft. Today we will have the Urare Shinigami: ☠️ This is the first Reaper at home. The font feeling is amazing, isn't it? The aroma is delicious vanilla and fruity grape. On the palate, there is deliciousness and sweet acidity, and the spiciness disappears after a while. Overall, it is well-balanced. It is delicious with sushi. It is the best match for oily sashimi. Delicious✨

Maizuru time! Waiting for ferry! M intensity with more umami from mid to final Great pairing to local food
At room temperature Oh, some kind of medicinal celery aroma. Slightly sharp acidity in the mouth. The sweet umami extends a little. Swallow and a slight sweet potato flavor. The spiciness comes later and later, and it feels hot and dry. Classical umami spiciness. This is a good combination with salad of chicken, okra and nuts. Taste level ☆3.5/5
