This is a dry sake from Kamekichi🐢. It's a sake that is consumed almost exclusively in Aomori prefecture, especially in the Tsugaru region. I don't think chika-san drinks it... 😌. The first aroma is softly sweet. In the mouth, the sweetness is subdued, but the umami is well expressed and it has a beautiful dry taste typical of Aomori sake. Although it is dry, it has the same umami as the Tamadaru Junmai Namaisake from the same brewery that I drank in early spring 😊. It is a legitimate food sake with enough umami to not interfere with the meal, just like the previous Sakuta. It was delicious 🐢✨️

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.

Today's sake is Nagano sake, from the Shinshu secret hanpukai. I can't seem to get this kanji to come up on my kanji converter, so I'll just write it in hiragana 🤣. But I'm sure it's a great drink 😇 Today we saw the latest Silence of the Fleet in 4DX at a movie theater near Expo Park 😀. Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!
