Sake drunk during the vacation, this is the last one. Kita-san's sake made with Shiga Watabune No. 6. I was attracted by the tasteful label made from a ferryboat and handmade reed paper. The sake had a mild acidity, umami, and a nice sharpness.

This is the fourth one I drank during my vacation. This is a white sake by Laughing Four Seasons, which is well known by many. Aromatic, sweet, and easy-drinking sake with a slight acidity. The owner said this was a solid value for everyday drinking.

This is the second series that I drank during my vacation. This series is made by Jusui brewery. Last time we had the kijo sake version, but this time we had the standard version. This time it was the standard version. It won the gold medal in the heated sake contest, so it was very tasty.

We were served Nakazawa Sake Brewery's typical light nigori (nigori) draft sake, "ICHIHAKO". It was named after the two toji (master brewers) who took care of it for him. We drank it with gusto, enjoying its mild aroma and acidity.

I received Taga's Hozuki after reading your review. It is a sake made with Omi rice, "Autumn Poem," and has a nice aroma and I thought it was a little sweet and easy to drink. Taga has been using "Autumn Song" since 2009.

This time we were served Daijiro by Hata Shuzo. The sake is named after the brewery and made with Ginbukiyo, a variety of sake grown by a group of Hata Shuzo contractors called Tonhyakusyo no Kai, and is a heartfelt sake from the brewery's heart. The sake had a strong flavor with a hint of acidity and umami. I am sorry that I am not yet good enough to describe the taste.

Seko Sake Brewery is located in Koka City, the home of the ninja. This sake is made with locally grown rice. It had a robust flavor and sharpness. We enjoyed it very much. The label is also quite cool.

I have not been able to post for a bit. I have changed my name from "Lake Biwa no Hori" to a simple "Hori" and will study sake. Thank you in advance for your kind attention. 😊 This time it is Furozumi by Uehara Shuzo. So no Mai is a very special sake using rice that the toji grows himself. It was a sake with acidity and a robust flavor.

At my usual liquor store, I was browsing through the many shelves of local sake to see which one I should try, when my eyes fell on this child with this label. The sake had a refreshing pineapple-like acidity, a tropical flavor, and a nice sharpness.

I am sorry it took me so long to post this. Like Mr. Pon-chan and Mr. Kyuzo, I participated in the Shiga Local Sake 10,000 People Toast Project and toasted at 7:30 p.m. to the governor's announcement. I wanted to do it with many people, but I toasted alone at home and drank up all the sake. (My family didn't come with me 😢). This blended sake is filled with the thoughts of 32 breweries. I enjoyed it very much. Cheers again to everyone who participated in this project ❗️.

This time we received one of Takeuchi Sake Brewery's specialties. This sake was brewed without added yeast, using only natural yeast that resides in the brewery. The sake had a strong umami flavor and acidity, and we could feel the deliciousness of the rice.

It was purchased at the Fujii Honke warehouse. It was a majestic warehouse, with an impressive large zelkova pillar in the middle of the entry. Since we stopped by in a hurry, we didn't have enough time to visit the warehouse. 😂 Next time, I will make plans to go there. It was easy to drink, with a gassy, slightly sweet, and refreshingly umami feeling nigori sake. 😀

Yasui Sake Brewery's Ikuhashidataro, a sake brewed using the raw yeast method. The sake shop recommended this limited-edition sake made with the finest Shiga Prefecture Ginbukietsu. It had a fruity aroma, umami, acidity, and was refreshing. It was delicious and gone in no time.

We had a bottle of kijo sake from Fukui Yahei Shoten. It was sweet and had a robust flavor. It was delicious 😆. This sake is the first of the "Haginoroh 10-water brewing, Amedareishi wo Kijoshu "/300" Project," a 30-year sake brewing project to mark the 300th anniversary of the company's founding. This is a sake brewing project based on the theme of traditional inheritance and innovation, in which brewing is repeated using the previous year's sake, and will be repeated for the next 30 years until the 300th anniversary of the company's founding. I went to a liquor store to get a bottle of Mifuku Shuzo's Sannrensei Black, but I was attracted to this one next to it and picked it up. I was told that this was an extra edition of the Sannrenboshi series and that it was delicious and different from the black, so I bought it. It had a good acidity and was refreshing and tasty at the same time.

This is a one-year junmai ginjo made with local ginbukiyo, which the owner of the sake shop enjoyed so much that he ordered a new bottle. It was delicious, with good flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Mochizuki Shuzo had not been registered as a brewery, so they registered today.
