The aroma is fresh and apple-like 🍎 when you open it.
The aroma of rice and a hint of ripeness on the palate. The acidity is followed by a firm bitterness. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing ✨.
Classical but fruity.
It has a classical but fruity taste and is delicious many times in one 😍It is also similar to Yuho 🤔.
This sake brewery is owned by a descendant of Ota Doukan, who played an active role in the construction of Edo Castle. It's nice to have a story like that. Sake has a lot of history, horizontal connections, and is a profound thing. ☺️

The Ota family, whose distant ancestor is Doukan Ota, a master builder of Edo Castle, is a general sake brewer that also brews shochu (Japanese liquor) and wine.
The company uses difficult-to-read kanji characters such as "Fujikura" and "Kokoro".
Doukan Ginbuki Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
It has a rich, honeyed flavor, but it is easy to drink.
Doukan Watafune 60 Special Junmai Nama Nama
This sake has a full-bodied flavor with a little bit of umami assertion. It is also rich, but has an easy-drinking quality that does not linger.
We were running out of time, and wanted to visit other places, so we only tasted a few without talking much.
