My husband likes Tobirazumi, and he had drunk it before me and recommended it to me, saying "I think you'll definitely like it, Kumakucha", so I consumed the sticker myself and had it.
This is...! Sweet and sour, just the way I like it! 😳

It was March, but it was crazy sunny and hot.
Long line at the entrance (if you moved the time, it was completely empty).
Long line at Shinsei (my husband was able to drink without waiting in line when he drank later).

I ordered this year, but the red yeast is too healthy and is spewing in the fridge, making the inside of the fridge very difficult... and the contents have been reduced 🥲.
So I only have a picture of them side by side when they arrived 🥹.

So it's a white malted rice, which means it's a flax cat? I thought so, but I heard that it is based on flax cat and stored in mizunara oak barrels.
It is quite refreshing, yet mild and acidic, a bit like a spodolite?
We received this precious sake at the memorial service. No way, it was popular among the older ladies, and it was gone in no time. ☺️

I made a note to myself that this is also a "sour high-end banana🍌", a banana that is a bit pricey, like how much a piece costs, the one with the perfect sour and sweet taste, that one.

Sake squeezed from the end of the year to the beginning of the new year is shipped on New Year's Day.
The first Shinmasa of 2025 was a fitting New Year-type!
