I often say it has a "Ramune" feel to it, but this one really had the glucose or "taste" of Ramune! 🫧

My husband bought this for me on a business trip to Fukui 🚄✨.
Sourness! 🤩 No sweetness, but more like umami.
Sour! Dry! It's not sweet, but it's more like a mild taste.
It seems to be similar to one of Terada Honke's!

Gozenshu Omachi Trilogy Series - Yeast Version
Special brewing sake [77] high malic acid producing yeast
When I visited Katsuyama a few years ago, there happened to be a brewery (or maybe community?) festival going on. I had a lot of fun tasting the various samples at Tsuji Honten.
In addition to the nostalgic memories, I also remember that "Yeast No. 77" is the same yeast used by Tobirazumi! So I chose this one🍎.

It's a macho large sake cup, isn't it? Chosen because it is my favorite red yeast.
It's sweet! It's sweet like popping candy, just like KASUMI.

Hmmm? The taste is different from the previous AFS.... The acidity is excellent, but it tastes like rubbing alcohol (ethanol?) in wine sometimes. It tastes like rubbing alcohol (ethanol?).
