Shinsei Colors Tangerine
I had seen Tangerine from the outside the day before, so I went in to make sure it was there again this day! (I have bad eyesight, so I was ← a suspicious person staring at the outside with these eyes)
I was a little bit sweeter than the last time I was there, when I was impressed by the citrus 🍊! I think it's a little less sweet and a little less sour than the 🍊 that I had the last time I went there. It tastes like it's Colors.
The manager said that the tangerine tastes differently from bottle to bottle.
But since it's tangerine, I had two glasses: ☺️
🍶🌾
Hirasen Light Nigori
It was brought to the table in a glass only, so I didn't know what brand it was because there was no bottle... Marufei...?
Anyway, the stable taste of Tobirazumi, I like it! I love it!
The second glass was the same one 😆.
🍶🌾
Shinsei Colors Earth Earth
Like a white wine! It has acidity, of course, but it's also crisp and has a bit of bitterness at the end, so it's really a white wine!
The next day, and the day after that, it may have mellowed a bit. ☺️
🍶🌾
Shinsei No.6 S-type
It's been a while since I've had No.6!
It's still delicious 😊.
It's been a while since I've had it, but I still feel it's "exceptional"! (In my opinion)
I had another glass with a refill.
(I actually saw some tangerine in the fridge...I asked but was told no 🥲)

Ichinozo Special Junmai Sake Dry
I was looking forward to the "Sake Go Around" again this year!
I had already planned to take the afternoon off with my wife and I and entered the event! (7/7)
This is the third of three restaurants we visited!
Koetsuan & Ichinokura (Miyagi)
I was already over my limit of 2 gou, but I really wanted to try a restaurant I had never been to in Monnaka because it was participating in the go-around this year...pushing through😇🏴☠️
I usually avoid Ichinokura because of its dryness (but I love "Himezen"), but it has a delicious flavor and doesn't feel too spicy!
It was great to hear detailed stories from the brewery staff!
Sake is interesting after all 🥹.
This year's sake go-around was too much fun!
Hi Kumacha 😃
Your review shows how much fun the sake go-around is 👏, and it's great that you've done your homework ‼️ and have a good 😊 aim 👏.
We hope to join you next year too 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby! Thank you for your comment 😊.
We hope you will join us next year! 🎉
It's a very exciting and fun event that we love because we get to meet the store owners & brewery staff & sake-loving customers. ☺️
I'm a little sad that it's only on October 1st every year... I've been looking forward to buying a batch in advance, but what if something happens on the day of the event and I can't attend? I'm so nervous 💦.
I wish you could make it a "week" of 10/1 that includes Saturday and Sunday, or if that's not possible, at least make it a 3-day event 🥴.

Hirasen 2024 Sake Specified for Exhibit
I was looking forward to the sake go-around again this year!
We had planned to take the afternoon off with our spouses and entered the event! (6/7)
This is the second of the three restaurants we visited.
🍶Ponju Building & Hiraizumi (Akita)
The sake was a lethal one... After consulting with the brewer and choosing the best one, we decided to go for the rare "6BY sake" 😇.
The taste is elegant with mild acidity and sweetness!
The reason why I visited only a few breweries this year is because the Ponshu building is owned by Hiraizumi! I've been looking forward to this for a while 😍.
I want to drink more than just sake! But my lethal dose is limited to 2 gou...so this year's go-around is not a go-around and my sake limit will be consumed here 🫣.

Hiraizumi Maruhi Vol. 6 Nigori Sake Miyamanishiki
I was looking forward to the "Sake Go-Around" again this year!
We had planned to take the afternoon off with our spouses and entered the event! (5/7)
This is the second of three restaurants we visited!
Ponju Building & Hiraizumi (Akita)
Marubi's nigori sake. Delicious with a slight lactobacillus taste!
(I stayed behind, at this time my husband went-around to Orihara Shoten 🚶)
The reason why we visited only a few shops this year is because the Ponchu building is owned by Hiraizumi! I've been looking forward to this for a while 😍.
I want to drink more than just sake! But my lethal dose is limited to 2 gou...so this year's go-around is not a go-around and my sake limit will be consumed here 🫣.

HIROSEN HITEN HITEN 䴏 TSUBAME
We were looking forward to the sake go-around again this year!
We had been planning to take the afternoon off with our spouses for a while and entered the event! (4/7)
This is the second of three restaurants we visited.
🍶Ponju Building & Hiraizumi (Akita)
Tsubame, I was told that there is no longer a domestic supply and the bottles are for export! We had a precious cup. Delicious!
(My husband was drinking Sour Girl at this time. (My husband was drinking Sour Girl at the time, which was also delicious!)
The reason why we visited only a few restaurants this year is because the Ponju building is Hirasen's. I have been looking forward to this for a while 😍! I've been looking forward to this event for a long time 😍.
I want to drink more than just sake! But my lethal dose is limited to 2 gou...so this year's go-around is not a go-around and my sake limit will be consumed here 🫣.

Hiraizumi Marufei Vol. 5 Hiyaoroshi Hiyaoroshi Ippozumi
I was looking forward to another "sake go-around" this year!
I had planned to take the afternoon off with my wife and I for a long time and entered the event! (3/7)
This is the second of three restaurants we visited!
Ponju Building & Hiraizumi (Akita)
Sour and sweet, delicious!
Of course the brewery staff, but we also had the pleasure of meeting some of the guests, such as the brother of the brewer who worked at Tobirazumi for a month, and the proprietress of Furea, the restaurant next door where we had visited earlier, who came to have a "go-around" for a cup of sake. ☺️
The reason why we visited only a few shops this year is because the Ponshu Building is in Tobirazumi! I've been looking forward to this for a while 😍.
I want to drink more than just sake! But my lethal dose is limited to 2 gou... so I decided to consume my sake limit here instead of going around this year 🫣.

Kamikawa Taisetsu
Tokachi with Cheese Yellow
I was looking forward to the "Sake Go-Around" again this year!
We had already planned to take the afternoon off as a couple and entered the event! (2/7)
This is the first of three restaurants we visited!
Hokkaido Fresh Fish and Charcoal Robata Yaki Furea x Kamikawa Taisetsu (Hokkaido)
We added one more sake to the free-flowing sake!
They say it's sake 🧀 to pair with cheese, and I'm glad I had it again this year because it was delicious last year! I'm so glad I had it this year 😋.
There is a reason why we visited only a few restaurants this year...

Kamikawa Taisetsu Kamikawa Junmai
I was looking forward to the sake go-around again this year!
We had planned to take the afternoon off with our spouses for a while and entered the event! (1/7)
This is the first of three restaurants we visited!
Hokkaido Fresh Fish and Charcoal Robata Yaki Furea x Kamikawa Taisetsu (Hokkaido)
Furea-san is always on the lookout for this snack every year! It's a great snack 🤩.
Goes well with Kamikawa Taisetsu 😋.
There's a reason why we didn't visit as many restaurants this year...
🍶🌾
HIROSEN HITEN HITEN CHIDORI
There was a Chidori! The color is very different from the one I had at home 😳 ...and now that I look closer, it says the brewing year is 2020!
Delicious 😋.
🍶🌾
SENKORYU Ura-Senkohana (sparkler)
What's "behind the scenes?" 😳
It was delicious with soft acidity and sweetness!
I had a second glass of the same 🤭.
Good evening, Mr. Kumacha 😃.
The back side seems to be a test brew 🤗The reputation of the sake seems to be that it is sweeter than the front side!
We haven't had it though 😅
🍶🌾
HIRASEN HITEN HAKUCHO Type C
So, I bought it at the "Young Dawn 2025" event because I was told that it would be sold in advance at the event!
It's a sweet and sour brew made with No. 77 yeast, Yamahai yeast, and white malted rice...
🍶🌾
Gekkeikan Studio no.3.1
The 4th drink at "Young Dawn 2025
We went to the booth of Gekkeikan's experimental brewing laboratory, which was delicious last year.
This year, too, the brewery staff were wearing white coats, and I knew "research" was good. ☺️
No.3.1 was "Fruity sensation depending on the temperature." Raspberry for cold sake / pineapple for room temperature / orange peel for warmed sake, which was interesting!
Of course I prefer cold sake...raspberry taste is delicious!
I really wanted to try no.2.1, but I didn't have enough tickets and time, so I gave up... 🥲.
🍶🌾
haccoba -Craft Sake Brewery-, Fukushima
jam
The third drink of "Young Dawn 2025".
It is a craft saké that is not sold to the general public, and is said to have "a muscat-like aroma from elderflower and hops, and a sweet and sour taste from the combination of yellow and white malted rice. The flavor is sweet and sour.
It is delicious with a gassy and sweet taste!
🍶🌾
FUKAAI Prensented by Jusai PROJECT
The second brew of the "Wakate no Yoake 2025" was also from Tobirazumi!
This one was brewed with yeast No. 7 instead of No. 77.
This one is made with No. 7 yeast, not No. 77, and has a refined taste, not the usual sourness. It is also delicious in its own way.
