Kameishin
I went back to my parents' house, so I went to a local izakaya for some local sake 🍶.
Not sure what it was 🥲 as I couldn't tell from the small picture on the tablet order form and the bottle didn't come.
But this was delicious, sweet and easy to drink.
I drank 2 gou of sake with a refill!
Surprised that my brother, who normally doesn't drink sake at all, drank it as delicious😳
I wonder if it is "Hibou", "Kahou", or "Meihou" from the image I remember from a quick look...?

Narumi Naruka So no Mai 60
Junmai Ginjyo Direct-finish Nama Kimotozukuri Tankoba-packing
A liquor store where I often go to enjoy meeting the owner Yasuda-san and his regular customers ☺️
It has a nice sweet and sour taste with a gaseous sensation!
It says "sharp and dry with a sake degree of +14", but +14? I thought it was rather sweet 😳, but then I read it more carefully and found out it's made with yeast #6! That's a taste I like 😊.
Good morning, Mr. Kumacha😃
Speaking of Mr. Narumi, it's the acidity 😃.
Combined with No.6 yeast, it looks delicious 😋.
I'll be your next Narumi-san candidate: ‼️
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby: ☀️
With the positive numbers and the word "dry", I had avoided it, thinking it would not be to my taste, but surprisingly, I was not surprised: ⁉️
Narumi is a sour sake? I didn't know that!
These new discoveries are also interesting 💡☺️

Shinsei Colors Tangerine
As soon as you enter the restaurant, you see No.6 X and next to it is Tangerine! 🍊 Husband hasn't decided what to order yet, but I'm eating my fill and say "I'll have the tangerine! 🐶 (heh heh)."
It's sweet and tart and still my favorite of the color series!

Karura 2024
The Strongest Yonotori Illustrated Book
We were also able to have Karura!
Delicious!
My order of preference in the Saikyou Yonotori Pictorial Book 2024 is
Akane peacock > > Karora > Gen-no-tori > Hinoto-tori
I wonder..!

Himenoi mochimo50 mochimo50
Mochimo Cute name.
A glutinous rice liquor.
Am I the only one who starts singing when I hear "mochimo..." reminds me of Yoneda 2000's M-1 story...

WAKANAMI TYPE-FY2
I've been wanting to drink TYPE-FY2 for a long time, finally! 🥹
On the 2nd day, it certainly seems to resemble the color series of Shinsei! →On the 3rd and 4th day: It seems to be mellower and more cohesive after a few days than right after opening the bottle 😋.

Afruge Ma Cherie 2019
Afruge Ma Cherie
I saw Afruge and had it.
I've had red wine barrel aged and white wine barrel aged before, but this one seems to be aged in sherry barrels 🥃.
Hmmm, a bit alcoholic, or maybe the disinfected ethanol-like flavor that I've felt before in the Afruge Zero, with a twinge?

Kaze no Mori Omachi 807
Yoshida Kurau Ishikawamon
When I requested to go back to the next amazake or Tsushimaya, he suggested these two and we had a half each: ☺️

Senkori Sparkler
When I was finishing Tsushimaya, I was talking with my husband about what to have next, and the manager said, "Oh, we've already decided what we're going to serve next, so don't worry about it.
Huh? Sparkler, I remember last year I felt it was spicy, but this was sweet and sour to my liking!
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby: ☀️
Yes, I always say, "Sweet and sour please!" and I say that at the first glass, they probably remember that I'm the one again, so they can confidently select it from the second glass 😄.
It's exciting and fun to meet and discover new brands when you get to choose ✨.
I found the sparkler a little spicy last year, but this one was sweet and sour to my liking 😳💡.

Tsushimaya Gaiden Special Junmai GreenDays 2025
This is the first brand I've ever had when I asked for a sweet and sour type 🥂.
I asked for a sweet and sour type and this was the first time I had ever had it 🥂 It is a low alcohol wine yeast and sparkling type.
It's a wine yeast x sparkling type low alu. It's sizzlingly sweet and sour and tastes exactly like ramune at the end!
It was delicious 😋.

Mai-bijin Tank no Soko Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu
I was talking with a staff member who was off duty but had come to drink and we were discussing the various types of sake from all over Japan. I was complimented on my taste for "acidity" and "sweetness".

HIROSEN HITEN HITEN CHIDORI
Tobirazumi's Kijoshu ☺️ You can't go wrong with like x like.
It's so thick, sour and sweet all at once.
Delicious!
Day 2 It tastes like a fine muscat! 🥰
