Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio
I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅.
Since I went there, I bought another Risshun Asashibori 😊for good luck👍.

I finally met the devil maiden in love😄.
It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily.
