This is the fifth brewery in Saku's sake brewery series. This is a rare bottle as it has recently met with a fire and is closed. We happened to find it at a one-day spa and secured it. Purchased at Yamasho in JR Ashiya station. I mentioned before that this liquor store is based in northern Kyoto and has a wide selection of sake from the Tango area, but they also have Kumi no Ura.
