Late night at the diner. The second one is a limited edition sake that is sold only on two days before the brewery opens. This year's bottle is called "Gokuragiri Limited Edition" on the label. This one has a sweet taste of rice. It's different from the earlier Sukkiri, but it's thicker. It's not my favorite, but it's the kind of sake I want to drink a little bit of every day. This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There really are a lot of different sake rice varieties available: ‼️ It has a sharpness that is typical of Fukushima sake, but at the same time, it has a moist and gradually delicious flavor 😋.
