Today's liqueur is not a liqueur.
Unshu mandarins, so sweet and delicious.
The alcohol content is 7 degrees.
It is higher than beer.
It's a good thing sometimes.
Acidic and tasty. It has a yellowish color and a slightly classic, refreshing taste.
My son won this bottle from a 1,000 yen gacha at a brewery opening in the fall of the year before last. The two dried fish included in the package were, of course, in his stomach long ago.
The junmai we drank at the brewery opening last fall was "clear, refreshing, slightly acidic, and good," so I wonder if it has deteriorated by being kept at room temperature for a year.
As well as the fresh sake in the refrigerator, we should drink the fire-aged sake while it is still tasty.
The photo shows the entrance decoration at the opening of the brewery the year before last and the scene from last year's Osaka Pro Wrestling match. Too bad the weather was not so good last year...
I read the label on the back of the bottle carefully and found that it is supposed to be served at room temperature or lukewarm, so I warmed it up on the second day. I usually don't like heated sake, but this sake seemed to be better suited for this purpose than for chilled sake. It seems that junmai without red plum is also suitable for chilled drinking.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie. Do you like Osaka Pro Wrestling? On the day of the event, it looked a little cold with the occasional sprinkling of rain and everyone with bare skin going around the warehouse building to call out to the crowd, but the ring mat was a lot of fun!
It is easy to drink with a very gentle acidity derived from the traditional sake yeast yeast. The acidity is very gentle and easy to drink: ❣️
I wonder how it tastes like when it's made from omachi and sake yeast 🤔.
I think about it 😳
The umami is also gentle and very delicious 😋It became one of my favorite bottles 🍶‼️
Three minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara Station.
The main sake shop is "Umashu".
Nara sake is lined up in tight rows.
Exciting to see the wonderful view! It's a masterpiece!
The first cup here is Mairu's Umenoyado.
It is delicious with a mild taste!
The second restaurant I had always wanted to visit was "Nara no sakagura zenzoku nemu umashu" (Nara's sake breweries all drinking umashu).
There, I did not hesitate to try Umenoyado!
It was the sake I wanted to drink in Nara this time!
It was one of the sake that I had in my sake debut drinking comparison.
What a stylish label!
It was delicious with just the right amount of acidity!
Daiginjo is characterized by a full-bodied flavor. It has a fragrant and certain sweetness, blended with good acidity and spiciness. After opening the bottle, it tastes as if it is going to run out of steam, so we want to dry it out today and tomorrow, and it has a deliciousness that allows us to do so.
