Aoyama's sweet rice aroma...sweet on the palate...good bitterness and sourness from the first sip! The sweet rice aroma of Aizan...sweetness on the palate...then good bitterness and acidity...Aizan is my favorite because it is a direct descendant of Omachi...The last gibier I drank had a certain flavor...but it was completely different! I finally found Miyoshigiku 🍶, a sake that goes well with the specialty of Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. The rice is Omachi, my favorite sake rice 😍a sake that goes well with venison, but...I can't get venison! The aroma is sweet and fruity like cider...and the mouthfeel, despite the aroma, is robust! The rice polishing ratio is 60%...so it's like a junmai sake...it's a food sake that goes well with meat dishes! I think it's possible!
