I heard from a junior colleague in Fukushima that this is the best one~⤴️ and I happened to run into it at the brewery, so I got it without hesitation. Light, refreshing, fruity🌸🍶✨. @Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)
