さなD
The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City.
It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals.
The sweetness is moderate.
The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste.
Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake.
It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily.
The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...)
If that's the case, I look forward to it every year!
This year's was my favorite type❣️.
