First time to drink a Hokkaido sake 🍶Fresh citrusy aroma? Sweet and bitter on the palate...maybe a little bitter....sharp aftertaste! The aftertaste is good, but... a little bit of a tangy taste? I wonder if it is a characteristic of the sake rice... is it like this? Hmmm... it's a little bitter...
