Nagano Business Trip Part 2 Today we had another cup of Takaten sake recommended by a local senior 😋. It is a delicious sake with a gentle and delicious flavor that you will never get tired of drinking 😚👍. The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

I was curious about it in an obfuscation kind of way, so I bought a trial. It's been sitting in my cellar for over a year for some reason, but let's see how it tastes 👀. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was moist and had a peachy aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, just like the name "Sarari". It is just as moist and slightly sweet as the aroma, and tastes just like a peach! The slightly green and sour taste gives the taste a hint of Mac's pickles 🍔. I didn't know that "chirp" means "birdsong. I've gained another piece of knowledge via sake 😌.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.

Original Sake by Kishinami Brewery Darubish! Or rather, Tarubish! It's a pretty good name! It was the last bottle.
