Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅. A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌. Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.

Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.

It feels light and refreshing for a moment, but then it hits you hard right after. It is quite sweet when drunk on its own, but when paired with a meal, it feels very spicy 😳. Well, even by itself, the spiciness comes through in the latter half of the bottle 😅. It has a sweetness like honey or sugar candy. I think the Sandesi watered down raw sake I bought at Harukas was easier to drink 🤔. It's easier to drink if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a bit 😋. I think I prefer Sandesi's raw sake in total because it's watered down and has more flavor.
