Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Hankyu's Depa basement on the way back from traveling SAKE. I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking, so I bought it. I have bought a sake with the same label, but I think it tastes different, so maybe it was the Gohyakumangoku version? There is a trace of sweetness, but the basic taste is dry. It has a strong extract. It's not my favorite line of sake, but there is something about it that I can't dislike 🤔. Ofuku Sake Brewery is located in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, near the entrance to the former Yamakoshi Village. Ofuku Masamune Junmai Daiginjo. On September 20, I participated in the Echigo Nagaoka Sake-no-Ten (Echigo Nagaoka Sake Festival) and stayed overnight in Nagaoka. The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour like white grapes. Sweet and not too sweet...the exquisite sugar content keeps my sake cup full. Well, however, it was truly a sake-soaked time. I drank so much yesterday that I gave up tasting in the hotel's guest lounge. And today we drank again at the Yoshinogawa museum and at the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. That was fun.

At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious.
