More than dry, but
Not too spicy, not too sweet, but balanced impression
On the other hand, it may not be suitable for those who have a clear preference for either dry or sweet
I would say it has a sharpness.
I sensed some gasiness.
There was a sort of bitterness in the aftertaste
I personally didn't like it much.
My spouse said he liked this,
I think it is a type of sake that has a lot of personal differences in likes and dislikes.
While picking up delicacies at a soba noodle restaurant.
The delicacies were excellent, so I drank them all at once.
I can't judge exactly because of the large compensation by the delicacies, but I think the drink was tasty with a refreshing taste.
I would like to drink it again to re-evaluate.
Super dry
There are no strange peculiarities, so it is easy to match, but those who want to enjoy sweetness and aroma may not like it.
It seems to go well with dishes with a strong saltiness, dark flavors such as teriyaki, or sweet flavors such as ray fillet.
It has a clean yet mild and mellow taste.
I think it goes well with white meat fish.
Sashimi is especially good with it.
Personally, I think it is one of the best sake I have had in the past.
I think it is well-balanced as a food sake.
