At Kaki-numa-san. Choice by recommendation. It is another brand of Koganezawa which was damaged by the earthquake. The president's beloved daughter became a toji The president's beloved daughter became a toji (brewer) and the father and daughter are making sake together. It has a sweet aroma of lactic acid. The first sip was not so impressive. But on the 3rd and 4th day The sweetness and umami increase It is a delicious sake that asserts itself👍. The Senkou Yuumachi that we are drinking at the same time is also delicious, but but this one is not to be underestimated either❗️

Last week, I met up with a local friend for the first time in two years and we went to Ueno Castle together! On the way home, I remembered that Moriki Sake Brewery, which brews Rumiko's sake, is located in Iga City, so I asked them to stop by 🙏. A bottle purchased on a trip to Saga Aroma like old sake, like rice bran - then mineral aroma Soft sweetness without acidity and a round mouthfeel. A hint of vanilla in the nose I think this would be even better if it were heated up. But even though it's air-conditioned, it's still hot in the middle of summer. The website says "lukewarm or hot heating is recommended"! I had no choice but to drink it. ❗️ I drink it with a sake cup that my eldest son gave me! Sake temperature: 45 degrees. The fermentation smell is gone and the aroma is not strong. In the mouth, the soft sweetness is still there, but the thickness has increased and there is not much acidity. The sweetness slowly lingers on the tongue. This is delicious. ❗️ I want to drink it slowly without snacks on a long autumn night!

Souvenirs from Saga 🤗No.1 The top aroma is like red miso or buckwheat flower honey, the type I haven't tasted recently. 〰︎ As the temperature loosens up, it has a fruity bitter chocolate flavor with a strong acidity 😚 I thought I remember smelling that aroma of BASE BREAD chocolate somewhere 😚 It seems to be a slightly classical rich dry type, but it had an interesting flavor........ I almost ate too much of it because the oily fried squid geso tasted strangely delicious 😅. Thanks for the food!

I jumped at the chance to buy this sake because it had a sticker saying that it had won the highest gold medal for sake in a wine glass. It was slightly sweet and fragrant, but also had the feeling of drinking sake, and I thought it would go well with Western food.
